News Bulletin Schedule
Connect FM broadcasts local news and sport at the following times:-
Weekdays: Hourly from 0600 to 1800 and on the half hour during weekday breakfast at 0630, 0730 and 0830.
Weekends: Hourly from 0800 to 1100
Local news bulletins comprise a mix of local items and the main national/international stories at the time.
National News is broadcast on the hour at other times.

Automated Programming
Sometimes, usually only during off peak periods, the output you hear on Connect FM is pre-recorded or automated.
- Daily: 1000 - 1600, 1900-0600 and at Weekends
We also share programmes with our sister station, Connect FM Peterborough but can opt out if neccesary.

Connect FM plays "just great songs" - a selection of great music from the late 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s

How To Complain
Any complaints made are logged immediately with an acknowledgement receipt issued to the complainant within 24 hours. The details are then passed on to the relevant department. We will aim to resolve any complaint within 10 working days. If under any circumstances a solution to the complaint can not be agreed, a further complaint can be made with Ofcom. For advertising complaints, if we can not find a solution, the complaint can be taken up with ASA.
People who wish to complain about anything regarding the station or it’s features can do so in the following ways:
